Integration Specialist

Requirements

• Step into the future of air mission training.
• CAE’s Future Air Mission Training System (F‑AMTS) is redefining how Australia prepares its next generation of aviators.
• You will be focused on devices within the F-AMTS program but may get exposure to other devices throughout training and onboarding phases, as well as support Systems Engineering specialties such Project Engineering, Systems Architecture and V&V.
• Description Integration of hardware / software on new generation devices as well as older platforms across host, visual and other systems Preparation of simulators for testing (internal and customer) Assistance with testing of devices, as required Work with the engineering team to integrate mod kits and maintain master configurations (visual, host, other) Configuration manage development and integration environments to insure configuration control and all work takes place in a correct and consistent
• Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering or Computer Science; or equivalent
• experience Strong understanding of software-hardware interface concepts.
• Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., GitHub).
• Ability to work in a hybrid nature from the Homebush office (3 days on site per week and 2 days of flexibility).
• Ability to obtain or maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance – must be an Australian citizen! Preferred
• Qualifications Solid understanding of the Systems Engineering Lifecycle. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues
