Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Requirements
- Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of
- experience managing and leading engineering teams. Professional
- experience in software development.
- Proven ability to oversee the design and development of scalable, reliable software applications.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices, including agile methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms. Excellent communication skills. A track record of collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills. Proven
- experience of mentoring and coaching engineering talent.
