Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously improve templates, guidance documents, and playbooks that support Supplier Management routines and help teams derive value from the process.
- Analyze supplier performance and risk indicators (e.g., incident history, control effectiveness, SLA adherence) and SBR outcomes to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can drive improved cost, quality, delivery, innovation, and risk management.
- Track and drive closure of supplier risk mitigation and remediation actions (e.g., control gaps, audit findings, security issues), ensuring owners are accountable and timelines are met.
- Support training and enablement activities to help sourcing teams and stakeholders understand and effectively engage in Supplier Management and third-party risk management processes (including how to interpret supplier scorecards, risk ratings, and remediation plans).

- You bring a structured, analytical approach to understanding third-party risk and translating it into clear actions for stakeholders. Basic
- experience in Supplier Management, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Operations, or Program/Project Management, including exposure to Supplier Management programs or frameworks and third-party risk management activities (e.g., risk assessments, ongoing monitoring, remediation tracking).
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships across functions and levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear materials and facilitate alignment among stakeholders.
- High proficiency with productivity and data tools (e.g., Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint equivalents), including comfort working with and presenting data. Direct
- Qualifications Deep understanding of the Source-to-Pay process;
- experience working in a Procurement organization strongly preferred.
- Experience with supplier performance and risk management, including scorecards, KPIs, risk indicators, and governance routines (e.g., QBRs, SBRs, steering committees) is a plus.
- Ability to visually present and communicate data, analyses, and findings in a way that is easy for stakeholders to interpret and act on.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple suppliers, stakeholders, and activities simultaneously.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership over execution quality and timelines.
