Responsibilities
- Track performance trends and maintain accurate documentation of evaluations.
- Collaborate with the Training and Operations teams to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Monitor and evaluate Spanish interpretation calls for accuracy, completeness, tone, protocol adherence, and customer service.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Required: Full professional fluency in both English and Target Language. Minimum of 6 months of
- experience in over-the-phone interpretation. 90-day QA Average of 95% or higher (internal candidates) Ability to type over 40 WPM In-depth knowledge of TPC interpreter ethics and industry standards (internal candidates).
- Ability to work independently and managing time effectively.
- experience in a QA, coaching, or call monitoring role.
