- RESPONSIBILITIES The production Associate position performs all tasks involved in the production of the company’s products.
- The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits.
- Repetitive bench or line assembly operations to mass-produce windows by performing the following duties is required.

- Assembles the materials to produce sub-assemblies or finished product from raw materials.
- Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes.
- Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
- Must be able to maintain Production schedule to meet customer orders on a daily basis.
- Rotate to different workstations as production needs require.
