Responsibilities
- Drive — you’re self-motivated, target-oriented, and hungry to grow What you’ll do
- Research and identify target accounts using various tools and resources, building a robust prospect list
- Initiate outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media to generate interest and qualify needs
- Schedule high-quality meetings between interested decision-makers and our sales team
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline status in our CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation processes
Requirements
- Customer.io powers automated communication that people actually want to receive.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Located in Ireland Preferred: 1–2 years of
- experience in a similar outbound sales role, ideally in SaaS or tech
- Prior outbound sales experience at a SaaS company
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and lead generation strategies
