Responsibilities

Responsibilities Monitor client activity across TransPerfect’s technology platforms; troubleshoot issues, respond to client queries, and escalate to engineering teams when needed.
Support the deployment of client solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO) setups and web-based tool integrations.
Maintain and update internal and external documentation on product features and client configurations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Development, and Production teams to ensure accurate delivery of client requirements.
Gather user feedback and support efforts to enhance product features and usability. Required Skills and

experience with web technologies, client integrations, and product support—making this an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a global technology environment.
experience via internships or coursework in software, IT support, or client services.
Basic understanding of web technologies and systems integration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating different operating systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications (Nice to Have) Bachelor’s degree (or final year of study) in a relevant field. Familiarity with SaaS tools, APIs, SSO, or software configuration.
Experience or interest in localization or global software solutions. Comfortable working across time zones and in diverse teams. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently when needed.
