Requirements
- Confido is the AI infrastructure powering CPG brands from deduction to production plan.
- We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to help us optimize, integrate, and scale our GTM operations and technology systems across marketing, sales, and customer success.
- You’ll work closely with our entire GTM team to turn high-level goals into scalable systems, and you will report to the CEO.
- WHAT YOU’LL DO - Build thoughtful automations that power our GTM motion including event preparation, prospecting strategy, and deal management - Create personalized, dynamic landing pages for high-value accounts that provide prospects with a clear idea of what our product can do - Collaborate with the sales team to surface triggers and meaningful intent signals WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 3+ years of
- experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, or sales architecture at a fast-moving company -
- Experience building or owning systems that support sales pipelines - Enjoy working closely with non-technical teams and can turn messy problems into clean system design - Strong grasp of tools in the modern GTM stack (Clay, n8n, Zapier, Hubspot) - Excitement about leveraging AI and automation to make sales and customer workflows smarter and more efficient - Excellent communication skills with the ability to talk directly with customers and manage feature development - Strong desire to work at an
