Responsibilities

Establish performance metrics and analytics to track the impact of enablement initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
Create and publish Professional Services enablement calendar
Content production: Build aesthetically superb courseware and documentation alongside scalable enablement assets (e.g., technical deep-dives, playbooks, certification programs, and hands-on technical labs)
Program facilitation: Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs, ongoing training, and just-in-time learning resources to keep the Professional Services teams at the cutting edge
Proven track record of designing and delivering highly effective enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in sales and delivery performance

This role requires strong technical expertise, a keen eye for content curation, and the ability to scale enablement at pace in a fast-moving environment.
Cross-functional alignment: Collaborate with a globally distributed team across multiple time zones and serve as the crucial bridge between Product, GTM Enablement, Partners, and Professional Services leadership, ensuring all teams are aligned on enablement priorities and product readiness
experience in a technical consulting or enablement role
Knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to incorporate them into the curriculum
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment
experience engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build productive relationships with teams across the organization
Experience with content creation, curation, and knowledge management platforms Preferred [REQUIREMENTS] qualifications •
