Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the quality engineering team.
- Lead initiatives to elevate quality performance across the entire product portfolio.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions for field failures, including ownership of 8D problem‑solving and delivery of customer‑ready reports.
- Define, implement, and sustain operational and systemic improvements to product quality.
- Manage customer notifications related to product changes.
- Support and facilitate customer audits and quality reviews.
Requirements
- experience in customer quality engineering for integrated circuits. Expertise in the 8D problem‑solving methodology. Direct customer‑facing
- experience in a quality management role.
- Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and factually.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Mandarin would be an asset.

- Requirements: B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline. 10+ years of
