Requirements

- experience focusing on financial analytics and/or firm-level operations analysis - Demonstrated ability to work with non-technical cross-functional stakeholders - Deep understanding of financial metrics (e.g., CAC, billing, key accounts, retention, churn, LTV, etc.) and operational metrics (e.g. resolution time, product uptime) and
- experience translating data into actionable insights - Expert-level proficiency in Python and/or SQL, as well as familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Hex, etc.) Preferred
- Experience within a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with the ability to handle dynamic and shifting analytical priorities - Expertise proposing and executing operational efficiency experimentation - Prior
