Responsibilities
- Establish positive working relationships with all key customer segments (internal and external).
- Ensure all data and analysis requests from different parts of the organization are addressed in a timely manner.
- responsibilities include collaborating with key stakeholders to increase revenue and drive market development through direct sales by both being the key contact for patient needs and leading a team of Patient Coordinators.
Requirements
- Help manage our business system tools (e.g. QlikView, Salesforce).
- Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- experience in an inbound and outbound capacity.
- Background in medical or biological sciences preferred.
- Ability to think strategically as well as execute tactically
- Strong quantitative and MS Excel skills needed
- Must act with a sense of urgency

Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
