Responsibilities

Accounts Reconciliation & Compliance - Perform monthly sales to cash receipts reconciliation - Perform monthly fulfillment information to sales order for revenue recognition - Perform balance sheet reconciliations, including bank accounts, inventory, and accruals. - Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies. - Support external audits and tax filings by providing necessary documentation and reports.
Operational Accounting & Cross-Functional Support - Prepare cash burn reporting semi-monthly - Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Support inventory accounting, cost analysis, and revenue recognition. - Collaborate with FP&A, operations, and other teams to provide financial insights and support business decisions.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred). - 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup, consumer technology, or e-commerce environment. - Previous
experience in public accounting. - Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles. -
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced proficiency in Excel. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with all levels of management. - Highly motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving business environment. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
