Requirements
- Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision.
- We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
- This role requires a high degree of independence and the ability to operate across multiple time zones, partnering closely with stakeholders to enable deals while managing risk.
- Legora’s legal function is a forward-deployed, AI-first team working across multiple jurisdictions and legal disciplines.
- - Support go-to-market and procurement activities by enabling scalable, repeatable commercial contracting practices.
- Who you are - Law degree from UK, or an EU-jurisdiction, qualified to practice in that country. - 3-5 years of
- experience at a top-tier law firm and/or as an in-house legal counsel. - Spanish and/or German language skills are considered a plus. - Strong
- Experience in handling corporate matters and drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements. -
