Requirements
- Who You Are You are a compassionate person with a big heart and the right foundation to hit the ground running. - The Training: You have already completed your 40-hour RBT training course. - The Next Step: You are ready (and excited!) to sit for your RBT Exam—we’ll provide the support and mentorship to help you cross the finish line. - The
- Experience: You have a high school diploma and at least a year of
- experience working with children (especially those with special needs). - The Spirit: You’re reliable, have your own transportation, and are comfortable being active (sitting, kneeling, and playing on the floor).
