- Education: Recently graduated from, or currently enrolled as a 3L in, an ABA-accredited law school, with a graduation date of 2026 or 2027.
- Analytical Rigor: Excellent legal research and writing skills, with the ability to distill complex contract terms into clear, business-friendly advice and risk assessments.
- Ability to commit to a minimum 12 week fall internship, starting in September.
- experience (internships, clinics, or pre-law career) in procurement, commercial transactions, vendor management, or in-house legal departments at a technology company. Coursework or
- experience in contract law, commercial transactions, or technology/SaaS licensing. Prior
- experience in software development, programming, or technology product management.
- Familiarity with Cloudflare's products, cloud computing infrastructure, SaaS business models, and technology vendor ecosystems.
