Own the availability, resiliency, security, and performance of enterprise infrastructure services supporting manufacturing, corporate, and remote users globally.
Lead lifecycle management and modernization of Core Compute, Enterprise Hosting, Client & Endpoint Services, and Global Telecommunications platforms.
Ensure operational excellence , including incident response, problem management, vulnerability remediation, disaster recovery readiness, and SLA performance.
Manage financials, capacity planning, and vendor performance , ensuring cost‑effective service delivery and value realization.
Lead and develop global infrastructure teams , including workforce planning, capability development, succession planning, and performance management.
Proven track record leading enterprise infrastructure transformation and modernization using product‑ and platform‑based operating models.
Define and execute Alcoa’s global enterprise infrastructure strategy , aligning platforms, roadmaps, and investments to business priorities and future manufacturing needs.
Requirements
What you can bring to this role: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 8+ years of progressive
experience in infrastructure technology leadership, including 5+ years owning strategy, roadmaps, budgets, and staffing.
experience managing budgets, financial processes, and vendor spend.
Experience leading large, complex technology programs using project, program, and agile methodologies, with consistent on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
Broad technical expertise across operating systems, virtualization, databases, cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure), automation, and networking.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive and business audiences.
