Responsibilities

Requirements
- experience in People / HR, with strong exposure to recruitment, operations, and generalist responsibilities - Proven
- experience building People functions, processes, and policies from 0 to 1 in a startup or scale-up environment - Strong understanding of Singapore and Malaysia Employment Act; exposure to UK employment practices is a plus - Hands-on
- experience managing payroll and ensuring compliance - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment - Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution NICE TO HAVE -
- Experience managing regional or multi-country People operations - Familiarity with modern People systems and tools such as Ashby and Revolut People - Prior
- experience working closely with founders or senior leadership in a high-growth environment
