Responsibilities

- Build strong relationships across Finance, Operations, and other business teams to ensure effective collaboration. Core

- Conduct in-depth ad-hoc analyses and scenario analysis to deliver actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and identify risks and opportunities - Continuously deepen understanding of the business and stay up to date in a dynamic environment.
experience in Finance Operations, Financial Reporting, FP&A, Financial Analysis, Controlling, or related functions. - Strong
experience with reconciliations, cost management, and operational finance processes. - Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets. -
Experience working with ERP and financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. -
Experience driving process improvements, automation, or systems integrations across finance workflows. - Strong sense of ownership and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Experience working in global or multinational environments. - Exposure to BI or data visualization tools.
