Responsibilities
- Lead Consultative Sales for Strategic Partnerships
- Own the process of winning complex agency-of-record engagements across mid-market and enterprise brands.
- Lead discovery calls and consultative conversations to understand prospect challenges, identify opportunities, and determine where New Engen can deliver the most impact.
- Shape Strategic Proposals and Pitches
- Advise Marketing Leaders on Growth Opportunities
- Own and Evolve the Sales Process
- Maintain strong visibility into opportunities while ensuring deals progress efficiently through each stage.
- Test new approaches to pitch decks, positioning, and messaging based on what resonates with prospects and differentiates us from competitors.
- Build reusable assets, automate research and proposal development where possible, and share learnings that elevate the broader sales organization. WHAT YOU BRING 6 to 9 years of
- A proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets in a consultative sales environment
Requirements
- Advance AI-Driven Sales Capabilities
- Actively explore and implement AI-powered tools and workflows that improve the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
- experience in digital marketing, agency sales, or a closely related field, with enough time spent close to media and creative work to hold substantive conversations with brand marketing leaders 3+ years of
- experience in a B2B sales or business development role, preferably at a digital marketing agency or performance media company.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex strategies into clear, compelling narratives for client-facing proposals and presentations
- High proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) and the ability to build practical workflows, prompt libraries, and lightweight automations that improve team output and speed
- Demonstrated ability to learn, adopt, and champion new technologies—and to bring others along with you
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce preferred) and strong pipeline hygiene habits
- A competitive, curious mindset with working knowledge of the agency and marketing landscape.

- Salary Range: $100,000-120,000 USD annual
- The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidate's qualifications and experience uniquely.
