Requirements
- Experience Required: Degree or equivalent
- experience in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Ergonomics, or related field Approximately 5+ years of s olid
- experience in an OH&S role within manufacturing, warehouse, or regulated environments (medical device, pharma, FMCG) Strong knowledge of Australian / NSW OH&S legislation and regulatory requirements Proven
- experience in risk management, incident investigation, and safety systems Strong influencing skills with the ability to coach leaders and engage frontline teams Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities Preferred: ISO 45001 audit
- experience or certification Return to Work Coordinator training (or willingness to obtain)

- You will act as a trusted advisor to site leadership, driving a “safety-first” culture and supporting teams across manufacturing, engineering, warehouse, and corporate functions to manage risks effectively.
