- What You’ll Do - Lead and manage large-scale, complex software development programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring timely, high-quality execution of roadmap commitments for the Lambda AI Cloud compute platform. - Define program scope, objectives, success criteria, and governance, translating product
- - Possess a strong technical background to effectively engage with engineers on technical design decisions, architecture reviews, and sizing of deliverables for AI cloud services.
- experience in a technical program management and/or technical management role - Possess a deep understanding of software development life cycles, cloud infrastructure, and the unique challenges associated with delivering high-performance AI compute solutions. - Prior
- experience working on AI/ML infrastructure, GPU/accelerator platforms, or container orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes). - Proven
- experience delivering large-scale cloud-based products or services, with a strong preference for
- experience in infrastructure, distributed systems, or high-performance computing (HPC)/AI/ML platforms. - Expert-level knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and project management tools.
- Nice to Have - Demonstrated ability to drive strategic decision-making in ambiguous technical domains. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs concurrently. -
