Requirements
- Experience in UX or Product Design, with a portfolio demonstrating your work Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design tools) and prototyping at varying levels of fidelity Understanding of user-centred design principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design
- Experience collaborating with developers and working in iterative environments (Agile exposure beneficial), including prioritising UX work within delivery constraints Ability to translate
- Experience supporting or conducting broader user research Familiarity with design systems Awareness of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG)
- Experience contributing to workshops, ideation sessions, or facilitation activities
