Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and experiences for assigned features, ensuring usability and visual consistency.
- Conduct usability testing and apply findings to improve design.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with product requirements.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility and brand standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- Judi® , the industry’s leading proprietary Enterprise Health Platform (EHP), which consolidates all claim administration-related workflows in one scalable, secure platform.
- Bachelor’s Degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience. 3–5 years'
- experience in a UX or Product Designer role.
- Proficiency in Figma and other UX/UI design tools. •
- Experience designing responsive interfaces and applying accessibility standards.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS; familiarity with design-to-development handoff.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Benefits
- This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range. The actual base salary will depend on several factors such as: experience, knowledge, skills, and location of the job.
- Remote, US Salary Range $75,200 — $119,000 USD New York, NY Salary Range $95,200 — $119,000 USD Denver, CO Salary Range $87,200 — $109,000 USD
