- We’re hiring a Pharmacy Refill Technician to support the pharmacy team by ensuring accurate, timely filling and delivery of specialty medications.
- This role includes assisting patients through the refill process, handling both outbound and inbound calls, and helping maintain efficient pharmacy operations.
- Schedule: Onsite in Baton Rouge, Tuesday - Saturday (Saturday 9AM - 2PM, Monday off) What You’ll Do:
- Provide compassionate, knowledgeable assistance to patients, providers, and staff.
- Make outbound refill calls and process requests promptly.
- Clarify prescription orders with pharmacists or clinicians.
- Assist with claim adjudication and troubleshoot rejected claims. What You’ll Get:
