Responsibilities
- - Design the value strategy across every phase of the client relationship — from rollout through adoption, expansion, and renewal — adapting Legora's playbooks to each client's context.
- - Drive sustained engagement through value-based success planning and executive relationships, partnering with Legal Engineering to surface high-value use cases and reframe how clients work.
- - Lead expansion and renewal conversations with commercial acumen — identifying growth opportunities, confidently driving upsells and multi-team expansions, and partnering with internal teams to drive client value.
- - Implement repeatable engagement frameworks — turning what works across your accounts into scalable adoption and expansion motions the wider team can reuse.
Requirements
- Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision.
- We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
- - Build with AI — automating your own workflows and sharing tooling that gives you and the team leverage, putting Legora's AI-native way of working to work on every account.
- Experience advising legal teams, regulated industries, or sophisticated professional services clients; legal tech or law firm experience a strong plus.
- - A builder who thrives in ambiguity and automates — fluent with AI, you create leverage for yourself and the team by building and automating workflows, not just using them.
Experience
- WHAT YOU BRING - 7+ years in management consulting, client advisory, or a comparable strategic, client-facing field, owning complex, high-value accounts. - A track record of driving measurable adoption, retention, and expansion across a sophisticated book of business. -
