Responsibilities
- Lead business development across the Southeast & Atlantic region, including the highly active Northern Virginia data center market.
- Build and manage a pipeline of data center construction opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with GCs, ECs, and developers
- Own and execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Track regional project activity, bid cycles, and market trends
- Represent the company at job sites, client meetings, and industry events
Requirements
- Experience in staffing, telecom, construction, or technical services
- Experience working on or selling into data center or hyperscaler projects
Experience
- 5–10+ years in sales or business development •
