Americas Network Team Lead

Responsibilities

Ensure network services are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and project priorities.
Coordinate infrastructure, application, business, and vendor teams to successfully execute network initiatives.
Support stable and reliable network operations, including major incident coordination and issue resolution.
Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, governance processes, and change management practices.
Coordinate vendor execution to support service delivery and project timelines Drive continuous improvement efforts that enhance network reliability, operational efficiency, and service quality.

experience in network engineering, network administration, or related infrastructure disciplines.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Communications, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience leading technical teams and coordinating resources across multiple locations.
Strong knowledge of enterprise networking technologies, including routing, switching, Wi-Fi, VPN, IP Voice, and network authentication.
Experience delivering large-scale network infrastructure projects and managing competing priorities.
Proven ability to support secure, resilient network environments and address cybersecurity-related challenges.
