Develop and implement engaging Class Instruction methods tailored to various learning styles and experience levels.
Ensure strict adherence to all aviation regulations and company policies, maintaining accurate records for Regulatory Compliance.
Utilize advanced Training Simulation equipment and software to provide realistic and effective training scenarios.

experience as a Flight Instructor, preferably in a simulator environment.
Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin preferred) and English.
In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations and a strong understanding of Regulatory Compliance requirements.
Demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and evaluate effective Training Programs.
Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting Training Simulation equipment.
