Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION: Oversee and optimize maintenance activities to maximize production uptime, safety, and equipment reliability at our Dubuque, IA Assembly plant.
Lead a team of technicians, manage maintenance systems, and collaborate with operations and engineering for continuous improvement. PRIMARY
Supervise daily repairs, inspections, and special project tasks across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Oversee building upkeep—repairs, HVAC, grounds, janitorial—ensuring safe and compliant facilities.
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement; conduct regular safety and training sessions.
Track and maintain work orders, equipment history, spares inventory, and KPIs.
Manage spare parts stock—optimize inventory levels and reduce obsolescence.
Track performance metrics (PM compliance, cost control, uptime) and recommend improvements.
Develop and manage maintenance budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Review and enforce safety protocols—LOTO, PPE usage—and document compliance activities.
Equipment & Facility Maintenance: Plan, organize, and direct preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS: 4-year degree in engineering, technology, management, or equivalent experience
Experience with world-class manufacturing practices (TPM, 5S, Lean, etc.) Maintenance management
