Senior Analyst Workplace Technology Executive Support

Responsibilities

  • Support the governance and lifecycle management of workplace technologies, including end-user devices, mobile solutions, collaboration tools, and related services.
  • Develop service documentation, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities to improve service delivery, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and technology partners to support asset management, lifecycle planning, and technology standardization.

Requirements

  • experience in workplace technology, end-user computing, IT support, executive support, or a related technology services environment.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or business-critical users, with a strong customer-focused and service-oriented approach.
  • Good understanding of workplace technologies, collaboration platforms, mobile and telecom services, IT service management (ITSM), and device lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate solutions across multiple teams and external partners.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, vendors, and senior leaders.
  • Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Experience with service reporting, performance metrics, procurement, asset governance, or continuous improvement methodologies is considered an advantage.
