Responsibilities
- Responsibilities Architect, develop and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services.
- Design and implement and make use of RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and micro-services to support backend applications and Integration systems.
- Optimise system performance, security, and reliability for large-scale cloud applications.
- Collaborate with other developers, security teams, and DevOps engineers to drive backend innovation.
- Implement authentication, authorisation, and security best practices.
- Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
- Drive integration of LLMs and autonomous agents into the existing systems to enhance accuracy and decrease component delivery time.
- Lead technical initiatives across multiple teams without direct authority, influencing through expertise and collaboration.
Requirements
- experience in backend development, with exposure to full-stack development.
- Expertise in any of the programming languages such as Python(preferred) or Go Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, and micro-services architecture.
- Experience with databases (such as PostgreSQL, MYSQL).
- Proficiency in asynchronous programming, multithreading, and performance optimisation from a Platform stand point.
- Familiarity with message queues (such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS).
- Strong understanding of security best practices, authentication, and authorisation mechanisms.
- Proficiency in AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and ECS.
- Good Understanding of AI native tools (such as lang chain, lang fuse) and
- experience in development lifecycle with AI-DLC Nice to have skills
- Experience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes/ECS) and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience working with AWS, Azure or GCP .
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity products like XDR, MDR, SOC Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks like NIST, MITRE Strong
