- Responsibilities: - Own execution of event-day operations including registration, reception, guest support, and live coordination - Prepare and manage all event materials including badges, signage, printed assets, and attendee kits - Execute event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics to ensure smooth operations - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on
Requirements
- You are often the front line of the guest experience, and your ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and go above and beyond directly impacts how attendees
- experience in events, hospitality, or operations, preferably in large-scale environments supporting 1,000+ person events - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-based environment - Excellent communication and professionalism in guest-facing situations - High ownership with a bias for action, including willingness to work weekends and extended hours when needed - Technology and AI-forward mindset with willingness to learn new tools and systems
- experience from start to finish - Event Managers and executives have clear visibility into execution and consistently provide positive feedback - Issues are resolved quickly and effectively with minimal disruption to the event
