Senior Manager, Talent Management

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve Affirm’s career philosophy, creating a clear and cohesive approach to how employees grow, build skills, and navigate career opportunities across the company •
  • Architect enterprise-wide career frameworks and practices, including internal mobility, career pathing, and tools that enable more transparent and consistent talent decisions •
  • Establish forward-looking talent strategies that connect career growth to evolving business capabilities, workforce planning, and long-term organizational needs •
  • Develop and integrate mechanisms (e.g., success profiles and related frameworks) that clarify expectations for growth and support more consistent approaches to development and talent decisions •
  • Drive intentional change management strategies that help leaders and employees adopt new ways of thinking about careers, growth, and mobility at Affirm What we look for

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build alignment with senior and executive leaders on complex, evolving talent topics •
  • Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous challenges and translate ideas into scalable approaches •
  • Strong organizational judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate competing priorities and make thoughtful, balanced recommendations •
  • Ability to operate effectively across cross-functional partners and stakeholders, building trust and momentum in complex environments •
  • Affirmers in proximal roles have the flexibility to work remotely, but will occasionally be required to work out of their assigned Affirm office.

  • Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.
  • Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and
  • benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents).
  • In addition, the employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc. (parent company).
  • CAN base pay range per year: $145,000 - $205,000 #LI-Remote
