Responsibilities
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Support management in effective labor–management relations and professional engagement with employees.
- Develop and support plant/Business Center communications and provide people-related consulting to leadership.
- Analyze workforce and business data and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate HR and employee relations programs through audits and assessments to measure effectiveness and engagement.
Requirements

- What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- experience across multiple disciplines. Strong knowledge of core HR functions, policies, and organizational structure.
- Understanding of labor laws, company benefits, and plant-level HR systems, including non-union environments.
- What Will Set You Apart Advanced education or HR certification.
- Knowledge of non-union work environments.
