Responsibilities

Advise on the application of a range of laws, compliance issues, and industry standards, with a focus on safety, moderation, and advertising, including regulatory engagement on these topics.
Review products, processes, features, and initiatives to provide advice consistent with Twitch’s legal obligations globally.
Support product and advertising growth while balancing user and policy considerations.
Draft consumer disclosures, FAQs, and terms and conditions.

Keep current on relevant industry standards, laws, and regulations. You Have: J.D. Degree
California Bar admission in good standing (or California Registered In-House Counsel)
experience working on technology or internet-related issues, with 1+ year of in-house experience preferred •
Experience advising clients in the video, mobile, gaming, e-commerce, online marketplaces, user generated content, or internet products/services sectors Substantial
experience with US and international laws regarding online safety, youth safety, content policies, content moderation, advertising, and/or brand protection
Experience as product counsel at a technology company •
Experience with social media, services hosting user generated content, or video games Perks

The base salary range for this position is listed below.
Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
