Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, supporting our Mac endpoint deployment
- Support account provisioning and de-provisioning via Okta and Google Workspace
- Write knowledge base how-to articles to support and educate employees
- Manage our deployed computers, and mobile devices via JAMF and Google MDM
- Manage the procurement of IT hardware and software
Requirements
- Common support requests include provisioning/de-provisioning of accounts and hardware. Support macOS and iOS hardware and printer configuration/troubleshooting. We also expect this position to be able to support basic network connectivity at our office. Conduct audits of conference room equipment. Ordering and maintaining an inventory of IT assets. This role requires commuting to the office. Responsibilities
