Responsibilities

Create trusted client relationships by responding promptly to enquiries, assisting with product questions and guiding customers through their shopping experience.
Build familiarity with your client portfolio to identify opportunities for personalised recommendations, leveraging client preferences, purchase history and trend insights to drive sales and repeat purchases.
Present style edits in a visually compelling way to inspire clients to purchase.
Gather and share customer insights and buying trends with management to support commercial strategy, product launches, and future sales planning.

experience in client-facing roles such as in-store retail, stylist services or call-center sales and operations, with a proven ability to engage customers.
Is digitally savvy and comfortable using tools such as Excel, Outlook and CRM systems to manage client interactions and track results.
