- ● Be part of Elchemy’s core business engine through a structured rotational program across Business Development, Lead Generation, and Sourcing, gaining end-to-end exposure to the global chemical supply chain ● Drive business development initiatives by supporting live deals, understanding customer requirements, and contributing to revenue generation across international markets ● Conduct in-depth market research, identify high-potential leads, and build strong lead pipelines to support
Requirements
- experience (freshers with strong internships/startup exposure are encouraged to apply) ● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a high degree of ownership ● Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills ● Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced, cross-functional startup environment ● Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action and learning agility ● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a plus
