Construction Coordinator (Permian & Delaware basin areas)

Requirements

  • experience in the midstream or oil and gas industry, along with strong communication skills and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Responsibilities Develop, coordinate, implement and oversee various levels / more complex construction and maintenance project plans in their entirety and monitor project status and modify when needed to ensure timeliness and quality of projects is consistent with company standards Identify and select resources such as inspection, equipment, contractors and material procurement required to coordinate projects Direct, monitor and schedule contractors, inspectors and employees in construction and maintenance
  • Experience This level is typically attained at 3-5 years
  • experience with and knowledge of the construction, maintenance and operation of pipeline systems and appurtenances preferred
  • Experience with construction and/or maintenance projects and knowledge of project execution Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of: construction industry, maintenance and operation of pipeline systems and appurtenances Ability to: apply basic math and algebraic formulas Ability to: coordinate and execute work projects in their entirety for most effective use of resources Ability to: research, compose, reconcile, and prepare reports, invoices, studies, and correspondence Ability to: monitor operations
  • Ability to: interact, advise and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to: train and have working knowledge of human resource policies and procedures.
