Responsibilities
- Ensure that proposed solutions deliver measurable financial and operational improvements.
- Solution Architecture: Design, implement, and lead Maconomy Cloud Finance-based financial solutions that align with the organization's finance and business strategy.
- Develop robust architectures that integrate finance processes with Maconomy ERP Cloud applications.
- Value Realization: Drive post-implementation reviews to ensure value realization, providing ongoing support and strategic input to continuously improve financial systems and processes.
- Lead the execution of major finance transformation projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within scope.
Requirements
- experience with cutting-edge capabilities to deliver impactful solutions across the commercialization journey - from discovery to post-launch.
- You will define the architecture, creating solutions that combine architecture with data-driven automation and AI-enabled processes to ensure that financial operations are streamlined and optimised.
- You will have strong consulting experience, with the ability to drive value identification, realisation, and business case development, ensuring that projects are aligned with business objectives and demonstrate clear return on investment (ROI).
- experience to assess client needs, advise on best practices, and lead the development of technology roadmaps that support business goals, focusing on finance operations such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Project and Portfolio Management, Enterprise Performance Management and Financial Reporting.
- experience in designing and implementing Maconomy Cloud Finance solutions, specifically in global company with financial shared services. Strong
- experience in a consulting role, delivering finance technology solutions and advising on best practices. Proven
- experience in business case creation, value identification, and delivering measurable ROI. Technical Skills:
- Experience in integrating Maconomy with other ERP systems and third-party applications.
- Understanding of cloud technologies and SaaS implementation approaches.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics, Maconomy Digital Assistant (ODA), and Maconomy Autonomous services. Proven
- experience with Intelligent Automation frameworks — including RPA, AI/ML, NLP, or process mining. Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior management.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex financial systems and processes.
- Certifications: Maconomy Cloud certification in Financials or ERP is a plus. Our Pledge
