Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 5 + years of leadership
experience Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean in to process and technological improvements, to include the exploration, experimentation, and application of AI.
Experience in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environment required Strong executive presence with the ability to project confidence, credibility and authority; able to remain calm & show decisiveness under pressure Financial and project management experience
Experience setting strategies aimed at increasing associate engagement Flexible and can be available/work outside of regular business hours when needed Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills required Able to work in a fast-paced environment May be required to perform other job-related duties as requested Certifications: CRCR certification required within first 9 months of hire (Ensemble supported) CHAM preferred **This position pays between $101,600 - $136,000
Each associate will earn a professional certification relevant to their field and can obtain tuition reimbursement.
