Requirements
- Communication style should promote a common understanding of the facility / market, vision, strategy and accountabilities.

- Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 5 + years of leadership
- experience Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean in to process and technological improvements, to include the exploration, experimentation, and application of AI.
- Experience in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environment required Strong executive presence with the ability to project confidence, credibility and authority; able to remain calm & show decisiveness under pressure Financial and project management experience
- Experience setting strategies aimed at increasing associate engagement Flexible and can be available/work outside of regular business hours when needed Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills required Able to work in a fast-paced environment May be required to perform other job-related duties as requested Certifications: CRCR certification required within first 9 months of hire (Ensemble supported) CHAM preferred **This position pays between $101,600 - $136,000
- Each associate will earn a professional certification relevant to their field and can obtain tuition reimbursement.
