- POSITION OVERVIEW We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Technician to support quality control and inspection across our injection molding operations.
- You’ll be on the floor inspecting parts, maintaining records, and working closely with process engineers and toolmakers to ensure every part meets Atomic’s exacting standards.
- RESPONSIBILITIES - Perform visual and dimensional inspections of molded parts (first piece, in-process, and final) - Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.) - Assist with part qualification processes: FAI, PPAP, capability studies - Record and maintain accurate inspection data and non-conformance reports - Support containment, root cause analysis, and corrective actions - Calibrate and maintain inspection tools per Atomic’s calibration program - Collaborate with
