  • Experience in startups, partnerships, business development, ecosystem or growth-focused roles.
  • - Strong understanding of the NAMER startup ecosystem, especially the U.S.
  • Experience working with venture capital firms, accelerators or startup communities. -
  • Experience with B2B or product-led growth environments. - Familiarity with AI tools, productivity software and modern startup workflows.

  • ABOUT THE ROLE: The Startup Market Lead, AMER role is responsible for driving startup acquisition and ecosystem growth across North America, with a initial focus on the U.S market.
  • Working closely with the Head of Startups and cross-functional teams, this role combines ecosystem knowledge, relationship building and execution excellence to grow startup awareness, product adoption and top-of-funnel pipeline across the region.
  • This role is ideal for someone who understands the U.S startup ecosystem deeply, enjoys being close to founders, partners and is excited about building scalable regional growth initiatives in fast-moving markets.
  • This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City.
  • We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person.
  • We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
