Responsibilities
- Drive predictive and preventive maintenance programs across all assets.
- Monitor and improve reliability KPIs, including MTTR, MTBF, PM compliance, and equipment uptime.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Lead root cause analysis and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
Requirements
- What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. 6+ years of
- experience in reliability, maintenance, or asset management within manufacturing. Strong knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance methodologies.
- Experience with reliability tools such as RCA and RCM. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. What Will Set You Apart
- Experience leading reliability improvement programs. Background in continuous improvement and asset optimization.
