Requirements

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (ABET-accredited) 7–9 years of
experience in electric utility engineering or operations 1–3 years of
experience leading teams, contractors, or projects Strong knowledge of utility infrastructure, engineering design, and construction practices
Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, and cost management Familiarity with industry codes, regulations, and safety standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and AutoCAD (or equivalent) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Valid driver’s license and ability to pass DOT drug testing Preferred
Qualifications Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field 10+ years of
experience in utility engineering or operations Professional Engineer (PE) license (or ability to obtain) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
