- Analyze jobs and workflows to assess responsibilities, physical demands, ergonomics, and skill requirements.
- Support production teams by addressing labor issues, resolving grievances, and acting as a resource for workforce-related challenges.
Requirements
- What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment with cross-functional engineering and maintenance teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical skills, including knowledge of MOST, Six Sigma, and Lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Master’s degree preferred.
