- The role We’re looking for experienced Senior Claims Assessors to join our Income Protection Claims team.
- You’ll take ownership of assessing complex and long‑term Income Protection claims, balancing robust technical decision‑making with clear, compassionate communication.
- What you’ll be doing Assessing Income Protection claims from both a medical and financial perspective, including complex and long‑term cases Interpreting policy documentation accurately and applying sound technical judgement Communicating decisions clearly, sensitively and in line with Treating Customers Fairly principles Maintaining checking authority and ensuring claims are paid accurately and on time Working closely with rehabilitation teams and internal stakeholders to support positive return‑to‑work
