Responsibilities
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify local international student agents and agencies, ensuring targeted and effective outreach.
- Performance Improvement: Drive increased recruitment partner usage and student applications through effective training on best practices and continuous engagement strategies.
Requirements
- What You’ll Be Doing Every Day: Brand Representation & Promotion: Act as an ambassador for ApplyBoard, effectively promoting our platform and services to potential recruitment partners while enhancing their understanding of our brand.
- Pipeline Management & Reporting: Regularly update the Sales Manager/Director on activities, leads, and pipeline status using CRM tools (Salesforce) and document outreach efforts to ensure alignment with sales goals.
- experience in sales or a similar role, demonstrating an understanding of sales processes and strategies.
- Ability to clearly and powerfully communicate ApplyBoard’s value proposition, ensuring agents receive the training and engagement necessary for successful application processing.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Experience with educational consultants or postsecondary institutions is a plus, providing context to the recruitment process.

- The Opportunity: We’re seeking an energetic and determined Partner Acquisition & Activation Officer to accelerate ApplyBoard’s growth through strategic partnerships and seamless onboarding.
- As a pivotal member of our team, you’ll identify and recruit high-potential recruitment agents (RPs) and shepherd them into the ApplyBoard network, turning potential into measurable impact every day.
- Sales Contribution & Business Development: Increase recruitment partner sign-ups and identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement via cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Needs Assessment & Relationship Building: Identify and qualify the specific needs and challenges of potential partners, building and nurturing strong relationships to foster trust and support their recruitment efforts.
- Recruitment Partner Onboarding & Training: Schedule and conduct onboarding sessions, providing comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure partners are proficient in utilizing the ApplyBoard platform.
