Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize plant performance using data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
- Support and coach production staff to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and company standards.
